Full job description: Bilingual Client Service Associate

Zoni Language Centers, a world leader in international language education, is seeking a sales/customer service professional for an immediate opportunity in Bangkok - Thailand. Individuals will have the opportunity to interact within a multicultural environment.

• Respond to all inquiries (i.e., leads) about Zoni products to all prospective students by phone, email, and mail
• Interview, qualify, and enroll students for our English and specialized programs
• Reach goals and objectives for student enrollment criteria
• Provide superior customer service
• Assist students in applying for the F1 visa
• Provide support to any Zoni student
• Translation from English to Thai regarding marketing campaigns
• Recordings for TikTok campaigns

In-person

  • High School Diploma
  • B2/C1 English level
  • Efficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Canva and Video Editors
  • Sales
  • Strong customer service background
    You will be interacting with our customers.
